What information we collect When you book a session or receive a gallery, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you provide during enquiry or booking. Images captured during your session may also constitute personal information where you are identifiable.

How we use your information Your information is used solely to deliver and communicate about your photography services — including sending your gallery, responding to enquiries, and following up after your session. Your details will never be sold to third parties or used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Gallery delivery Your gallery is delivered via Pixieset, a secure third-party platform. By receiving your gallery link, you agree to Pixieset's own privacy and data practices (pixieset.com/privacy). Madi Crasti Photography does not store your downloaded images on its own servers.

Communications If you contact us via email, Instagram DM, or our website form, your message and contact details are retained for the purpose of responding and managing your booking. You may request deletion of this information at any time.

Your rights You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, contact us at hello@madicrasti.com.
