TERMS OF SERVICE — Madi Crasti Photography

These terms apply to all photography sessions and digital galleries delivered by Madi Crasti Photography (@mads.crasti).

Copyright All photographs remain the copyright of Madi Crasti Photography. Upon full payment of your session fee, you are granted a personal use licence to download, print, and share your images for non-commercial purposes.

What you can do with your images Print for personal or home use. Share on personal social media profiles. Share with family and friends.

What you cannot do Sell images to third parties. Use images for commercial or advertising purposes (unless prior communication). Enter images into competitions. Alter and redistribute images as your own.

Sharing on social media You are encouraged to share your images online! When you do, please tag @mads.crasti on Instagram. Credit is not legally required, but it is appreciated and helps support a small business.

Image integrity Please do not apply heavy filters or significantly alter the edited images when sharing publicly. The final edit reflects the photographer's creative work and style.

Portfolio use Madi Crasti Photography reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, and social media. If you would prefer your images remain private, please advise in writing prior to your session.

Gallery access Galleries are available for download for a limited period. Please download your images promptly. Madi Crasti Photography is not responsible for images lost after gallery expiry.

Limitation of liability Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or partial refund will be offered at the photographer's discretion.
